- On-site support for our EDI service
We offer on-site support for troubleshooting those problems in the systems of our client connected to our service which cannot be resolved under the Help Desk service.
- On-site integration of EDI systems
As EDI system integrator we can also undertake the supply and commissioning of EDI systems, setting up EDI client, gateway, and server systems at our clients according to their needs. We offer three-tier support in connection with the software supplied, including their monitoring. For the systems we offer a Help Desk service and, upon request, on-site customer support as well.
